TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOUR OPERATION
CANCELATION: In case of cancellation up to, 7 days prior to safari the payment will be refunded less a nominal but any cancellation less than 7 days may incur up to a minimum of 100% of the total cost of the safari.
ALTERATION: The Company adheres to itineraries but could make alterations if necessitated by certain conditions. The company reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of any tour any tour time in which event an equitable amount will be refunded
TRANSPORT: Transfers, excursions and tours are by saloon cars, 4 – wheel drive vehicles or mini buses with qualified driver/ guide/ shuttle services.
PRICES: The safari charges exclude passport and visa costs, health documents, gratitudes, laundry, drinks, purchase of personal items etc. it is important to confirm what is included in the prices given to you before embarking on a tour.
Prices are subject to change at any given time due to increased rate and / or fluctuation in foreign currency, oil prices etc.
VALUABLES: Please keep these with you at all times. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodation.
LIBERTY:
- The company and its agents act as agents of the client in all matters relating to the tour. The company however cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injuries, delays or negligence of any kind.
- The liability to passengers carried in vehicles while on tour is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject only to the courts of Kenya.
- The Company reserves the right to employ sub – contractors
- While every care is taken, the company cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
- It is important to arrange for relevant insurance while on tour.
