Arrival
You’ll be collected from the airport (or hotel).
Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Day 1 Nairobi – Maasai Mara
You will be picked-up from your hotel and be driven to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Your journey will take you through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and Narok Town
where you will stop for lunch. Upon arrival in Maasai Mara you will take off on your first
exciting game drive, tracking various animal species and birds. Later in the evening you will
return for dinner and your overnight stay at camp.

Day 2 – Maasai Mara
After breakfast you will proceed on a full day game drive within the reserve. The landscape
here is scenic savannah, grassland and rolling hills. The Mara reserve is the best park for
game in Kenya as has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range
viewing and photography. You will break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out
for hippo and crocodile while you enjoy your lunch. Later in the evening you will return for
dinner and your overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 3 Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha
After an early morning pre-breakfast game drive you will return to camp for breakfast,
check-out and depart the Mara region for Lake Naivasha. You will have lunch along the way;
arriving in the late afternoon with an optional of boat ride at an extra cost. You may also
visit the Crescent Island, and then return to your accommodations for dinner and your
overnight stay.

Day 4 Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast you will take off to tour the Hell’s Gate National Park. This park has
attractions like the Olkaria and Hobley, two extinct volcanoes with obsidian forms from the
cool molten lava. Within Hell’s Gate is the Hell’s Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs containing
two volcanic plugs, Fischer’s Tower and Central Tower; a smaller gorge that extends to the
south and descends into hot springs. You will later depart for Lake Nakuru arriving in time
for an evening game drive. Lake Nakuru is referred as “pink lake” for it’s thousands of
majestic pink flamingo and other bird life. It is a true bird watcher’s paradise! You will view a
surprisingly large number of animals, including a rhino sanctuary and some of the “Big Five”
excluding the elephant on an afternoon game drive. Later in the evening you will return for
dinner and your overnight stay at the budget hotel.

Day 5 Lake Nakuru – Amboseli
After breakfast you will check-out and take off on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known
for its prolific bird-life, including the majestic pink flamingo. The park contains a sanctuary
for the conservation of white rhino, with many other species including Cape buffalo and
waterbuck to be seen near the shoreline. Later in the afternoon you will drive to Amboseli
National Park where you will enjoy dinner and check-in for your overnight stay at the
campsite.

Day 6 Amboseli National Park
After breakfast you will have an amazing day of game drives in this park traveling around
the swamp grounds where elephant and hippo bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game
including antelope and large numbers of birds can also be seen. In the distance you will see
Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak if weather conditions permit. A catered picnic lunch will be provided
during your drive. You will later return for dinner and your overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 7 Amboseli – Nairobi/Mombasa Safari-book-now
You will rise for an early sunrise game drive; return to camp for a full breakfast. After checkout you will drive back to Nairobi. with lunch along the way; arriving in the evening to be dropped- off at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home or at a Hotel..
You can also go to Emali to catch a connecting bus to Mombasa if need be. This is where
your safari will end.
